LINKA GO is a User/Rider App that allows the User/Rider to locate, unlock, and rent bikes from Fleets registered on the LINKA ecosystem. The app can be configured in a variety of ways according to the type of Fleet or Rental Structure required. To see examples of the app used in environments, see the "" section.
LINKA GO is both compatible with Original LINKA, LEO 1, and LEO 2 locks.
Using LINKA GO, users can see the available bikes on a map, and unlock a bike to start a rental. Once the user has finished riding, the app will allow them to lock the bike and end their rental.
LINKA GO allows users to report issues for bikes in the fleet. When issues are reported, the fleet operations team is notified.
Depending on your use case, you may want to collect payment for bike rentals. Users can enter their payment information in LINKA GO, and the app will charge payment once a bike is rented.
