Privacy and Compliance

i. User Privacy

The LINKA GO app collects the following personal data:

• User’s name

• User’s phone number

• User’s email address

This data is used to authenticate a user during registration, and to allow the fleet operations personnel to contact the user in case.

In addition, the app uses location services on the mobile phone. The location data is used to identify nearby fleets, to record the location of bikes when they are locked and unlocked, and to track the user’s location while they are on a rental.

Finally, the user will enter credit card information into the LINKA GO app when payments are enabled. The LINKA system does not store any credit card information, and all information is stored using Stripe.

ii. Deleting User Data

If a user would like to delete their personal information, please reach out to your LINKA fleets representative.
