How to update Firmware with Operator app
Connect to lock using the Operator app. Press the gear icon to open the Settings page.
If the firmware of the device requires an update, the app will indicate “Firmware Update Required”. Click and follow instructions to do a firmware update.
How to update Firmware using remote OTA
On Fleetview, select the device in the “Bicycle” page. Click on “Remote Commands”.
If the device has an active cellular connection, press “Firmware” to immediately perform a firmware update. If cellular on the device is not active, the OTA update can be scheduled. The next time the device has an active cellular connection, the command will automatically be sent to the device.
Note: OTA updates can also be triggered using the Web API. Refer to the Web API documentation for more information.
