The following features can be used depending on your fleet’s requirements.

Theft Alert via email

When Theft Mode is active, a Theft Alert is automatically generated on Fleetview. This alert can also be sent as an email notification. This feature can be enabled in Fleetview.

Outside Geoblock Alert

Ride Tracking is enabled, which allows the lock to continuously track its location during a ride. If the bike goes outside a Geoblock, an alert is immediately sent to Fleetview and as an email notification. This feature can be enabled in Fleetview.

Auto-locking based on Geoblock

When the device is inside a Geoblock, the bike remains unlocked, which allows any user to access and ride the bike without the use of a mobile app to first unlock the bike. If the bike goes outside the Geoblock, auto-lock feature will automatically be enabled. When auto-lock is enabled, the device will automatically lock up after it stops moving. This allows the fleet operations personnel to retrieve the bike. Contact the LINKA team to enable this feature.
